All sales of AKF812 artworks are subject to the following policy. 1. Direct Sales & Ownership Transfer All artworks are sold directly to the named and invoiced buyer. Ownership and title transfer exclusively to that buyer upon receipt of full payment in cleared funds. 2. Sales Involving Intermediaries When a gallery, dealer, agent or other intermediary is involved, one of the following structures applies: a) The final collector is invoiced directly by the artist, or b) The intermediary purchases the work as principal buyer (any subsequent resale is then the intermediary’s responsibility). Mixed, triangular, split or otherwise non-transparent invoicing structures are not permitted. 3. Edition Integrity Edition sizes are size-specific and fixed at the time of the first sale in that format. No additional impressions, variants or reproductions in the same size will ever be produced. 4. Resale Rights The artist reserves all statutory resale rights (Folgerecht / droit de suite) in full, in accordance with German UrhG § 26 and EU Directive 2001/84/EC. 5. Pricing & Special Terms Any adjustments to pricing, discounts, payment terms, or other special conditions must be discussed and confirmed in writing in advance. 6. Certificate of Authenticity A Certificate of Authenticity is issued once only, exclusively to the invoiced buyer, and is provided — hand-signed by the artist upon handover or delivery of the artwork.
